About Wood'n Goods
Heidi's passion for woodworking began at the age of ten, working alongside her father as they built their family home. Her skills grew through summers of building furniture pieces for her school system during her teen years, before a 30-year career teaching math and woodshop to middle and high school students.
After retiring from teaching, Heidi started Wood'n Goods in 2024 with the idea of freshening and repurposing already existing furniture pieces. The business has evolved into designing and crafting one-of-a-kind gifts that showcase Heidi's talent and artistry.
Working with a variety of woods and capable of beautifully infusing epoxy, Heidi specializes in heirloom quality live-edge projects, including charcuterie boards, coasters, lazy Susans, and more. Perfect for marking special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, and growing families, Heidi's projects can be personalized for adding that special touch. Wood'n Goods also offers custom signage for homes, cottages, businesses and he/she sheds.
